THE BODY AS SCULPTURE / 10/09/2019

In our project 'the body as sculpture', we worked both collaboratively and individually.

As a group we created a short film of our bodies dancing, however the outcome was a film of our shadows. i liked how they merged together, creating new, interesting, sculptural shapes and forms.

Individually, we had to come up with a verb. I decided to choose 'obliteration'. I took a blank page in my sketchbook, and obliterated it using pens and repeating a drawing/scribbling motion. the outcome was the change from a blank page to a burst of colourful chaos.

BUILD IT - 9/09/2019

In our 'Build it' project, we were asked to explore space, structure, shape and working as a team.

We created 'platonic structures' from bamboo sticks.
